Q: What should I bring when dropping off my dog for boarding or daycare?
A: Please bring their food (pre-portioned if possible), a leash, and any medications with clear instructions. You’re welcome to bring a familiar blanket, toy, or comfort item too—we want your pup to feel at home!

Q: Do you require vaccinations?
A: Yes, we require proof of current rabies, distemper/parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations for all dogs. We accept digital copies or photos at check-in.

Q: Are there breed restrictions?
A: Absolutely not. GrowlTopia is a no-breed-discrimination zone. All dogs are welcome—as long as they’re friendly, manageable, and not a danger to others. (Unless specified for Rehab or Socialization)

Q: My dog isn't fixed. Can they still attend?
A: Yes, we accept both fixed and unfixed dogs. However, dogs in heat or with aggressive behavior may require adjusted scheduling or private care arrangements.

Q: What if my dog is reactive or has behavior challenges?
A: We specialize in supporting dogs with all kinds of needs—including reactivity, anxiety, or past trauma. Please give us a heads-up when booking so we can create the safest, most supportive experience possible.

Q: Can I tour the space before booking?
A: Yes! We love meeting clients in advance. Just message us to schedule a meet & greet or mini tour before your pet’s first stay.

Q: What services do you offer besides boarding?
A: We also offer house sittings, drop-in visits, daycare, dog walking, training (including muzzle and pack work), whelping/doula services, lite grooming, deep cleaning, and custom treat sales!

Q: What happens if there's an emergency while my pet is in your care?
A: Your dog’s safety is our priority. In case of emergency, we contact you immediately and follow the protocol outlined in your intake form. If needed, we’ll transport your pet to your preferred vet or our trusted partner clinic.
